I brought my equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. Because I live in the country, I asked if my car could be finished before 4 o'clock. Doug said he would try for 2 as I had another ap't at 2:30. It was done at 1:30! I am always treated with respect and the service people go out of their way to be accommodating!

had an oil change - waited. how come fluids not topped off anymore. price keeps going up
I didn' get the $20.00 off the last oil change and was suppose to get $40.00 off next one - only got $20.00 pleased I could get in and it was done quickly
