My daughter brought my vehicle in on my behalf. She was ignored to begin with then when she did get someone's attention, was treated disrespectfully. The arrangements with Budget for a replacement vehicle were a gong show and eventually cancelled.
SMP then started to show what they can do for customer service and arranged for an internal courtesy vehicle. The remainder of the experience was positive, thank you.
Having to wait 4 months for parts is unacceptable. And me having to call back 3 times trying to figure out where the status is at also unacceptable. I will not be coming back to smp after this experience. Not the only dealer around.
