Same as always, Doug treats our family like one of his.
Courteous, friendly, knowledgable. Not pushy. Tells us what we need, doesn't try to upsell us anything we don't need (which is why we appreciate Doug so much)

Car broke down on hoidays and we were helped immediately.
Repairs were done to the car quickly and I was helped to get the additional information needed to complete our transaction.

Rebecca was so helpful and informative which is fabulous. When offered different services i did not feel pressured into purchasing any of them and that is sooo much appreciated!!! She's great and i hope i get to deal with her next time.
