Lack of knowledge
The sales associate told us things about our jeep that were false . They also signed us up for a oil change package but neglected to tell us that we were under a contract to only be serviced at the dealership for any needs we had by signing up. Very unorganized . A lot of misinformation or conflicting information .

Mixed levels of service
Can't tell is this request for rating is for the sales or the service team.
1- Sales: felt like we had to double check all of the calculations that were made the whole way.
2- Service: made a request for service, exchanged a couple of emails, then never heard from the service department, so appointment has yet to be made/confirmed.
This is a new location, and I think they are still working out some bugs.

Rude and uncaring
Lost my car for 3 days and no fu calls to me. I had to chase them for answers. SM should not be dealing with customers. Car came back a mess and withCut seats and they did not reconnect airbags situation is ongoing

Service was great by the peple but your booking service is terrible
On at least 2 occasions now I was told that my part would be in in a couple of days. Two weeks or more later I finally call to find out where it is and the person was like " oh it's in the system did the booking dept not call you?" It is impersonal and it doesn't work.

Took multiple calls to book an appointment, confusion about the extended warranty and failed to confirm that I wanted both front and rear brakes changed, not just the rear
