Leaky Sun roof not yet repaired
Hi and thanks for asking. My sunroof is leaking. I have to remove the water from my backseat myself. They have said they would replace the sunroof. It's been a month and after repeated phone calls I still have not gotten a service date. My floor will rust out and I am worried about mold as well!
Please investigate and get back to me!

Power panel issue
Hi,
For the engine malfunction light i need to go four times in 3 weeks and had very bad experience .I had a problem with huntclub merivale dodge dealer and hence i went to barrhaven dealer. It was worse than the other.

Not open on time and lost my van
The first time I used the dealership my husband dropped the van off at 7:15 and no one was around to help him even though it was supposed to open at 7.
The second time when my husband when to pick up the van the lady at the front desk didn't know where the keys were and instead of going to the back and looking she sat at the front desk made one phone call and didn't acknowledge my husband after to give him any reassurance of finding the van. After waiting for several minutes my husband went to the back found the keys and the van himself.
