With an appointment for an oil change one would think that a half hour or less should be all it takes.

I purchased a vehicle and was happy with everything until I went to pick it up. I came on a Monday and when I got there was no ownership as the MTO was busy that day. went back the next day to get the ownership and there were no sticker. I had to show the salesman the email saying stickers were included in the purchase, therefore I had to go back a third day. I work 75km away from dealer. A week after the car was purchased I had a question about the back rear defogger, I called and texted my sales guy and the sales manager, again days then a week went by. after putting a not so nice review on facebook someone finally got back to me. I took the vehicle in they looked at it and it wasn't anything major they say that's the way it is suppose to be. I feel that as soon as I walked out the door that was the end. Unfortunately for me I have to deal with you guys for then next 7 years so I can keep my warranty.

It was a great experience, got some amazing deals on my truck. It's was so good that I went and bought a car from the same salesman.

I am a Honda guy since forever, however when we started looking, we were treated with boarder line contempt at Honda, Nissan and Toyota! Kia and Hyundai were great, but it was Dodge that blew them all away with their customer service and incredible deals! Well done, you got my interest and now my business. Thank you!
