Purchased my CX-5 in year 2015 with Rust Protection and Free Oil change for a "lifetime". Regret very much as a rust protection cost was $1400 (already had bad exp with Mazda 3 rust) oil package was $600. Well I just found out that "life time" is neither mine or cars lifetime, but only 5 years. I guess that was a sale pitch to buy it, and I have other people confirmed that were told the same at Mazda. Rust protection is really no protection. Because every single rust on my car is because of the road rocks, that's what I was told. My roof is covered with rust spots, but not the hood , so I guess rocks prefer to hit the cars roof only. As much as I had OK experience with car itself, very much disappointed with these sneaky and misleading ways just to get your money. To be honest why not, almost no salesman there stays more then 5 years so there is no way for me to confront him. So when you hear lifetime anything, run!! Or ask them to put that in written bill of sale or else it is 5 years. I did not so feel bad for trusting them let them cheat on me. btw. also for $1400 I could paint the whole car, let alone roof only.

Was looking for a late model used Mazda because of my previous positive experience with Mazda 3s. I had visited a few dealerships and liked my test drives and interaction but still wasn't convinced that I had found the one. I then reviewed the Dilawri Mazda site and saw several cars that interested me. I called and interacted with Misha B. He was very professional and provided great sales support for selecting the right vehicle for my needs and budget. I was also very impressed with the condition of the vehicles. They were all very clean and detailed. (As opposed to most resellers that don't even vacuum many cars until they are sold.) They provide detailed checklists to indicate that all prep work performed prior to sale, plus they provide a CarFax report. I felt like they really cared. All and all a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this Dealership as a preferred re-seller. Thank you Misha for a job well done.
