Please remove me from your phone list. The phone calls are very annoying, bordering on harassment. I am well aware of when my car requires maintenance, and I am NOT in the market to change cars in the foreseeable future. I am not sure I would even consider another Mazda as my next vehicle. Your phone calls only serve to further dissuade me.

I honestly think it comes down to the place being too busy. My appointment times either ran late or seemed forgotten about. As a result my car wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. They didn't order the right navigation system so I had to come back and get installed. Phone calls didn't get returned as well. I have a manual for a 2014 when I bought a 2015. I have a question about my navigation and I don't even know who to contact about it. My service experience was excellent, but I feel negative and frustrated when I think about that place and would prefer to never go there again.

Was not provided copy of agreement and then they kept most of my deposit to pay for a navigation system that was to be included in final price. I contacted the general manager over dissatisfaction and after replying to his response I heard nothing further-almost 2 months ago! Needless to say I would not recommend This dealership to anyone unless they want to have additional costs added by the sales person which are not part of the agreement.
