I recently purchased a vehicle here and I my experience was great! My salesperson Peter walked me through everything and was very personable and easy to deal with. The financing was taken care of by Sully and was able to find me a reasonable rate.

Worst experience
I had a very bad experience with them especially with Hussein Ayyach he is unprofessional and kept lying about giving me a free service after l purchased the car he has no manners in dealing with people it was a big mistake to trust his word. I will never go back there in my life.

unethical sales tactics
WARNING, tried to take advantage of my elderly mother!
The finance service manager offered the extended warranty with the rust proofing and when my mother declined he said it was against the law to let it off the lot without it. She told him to shove it! Pretty sure that's an outright lie! Perhaps I should call Mazda Canada and OMVIC to find out for certain!

It is a start of an excellent partnership
I recently leased for my wife the 2021 Mazda CX5 Signature model red color from Bank Street Mazda. The sales rep Saad El Aaouani who helped me did an excellent job in making me comfortable in acquiring the lease. Thank you very much Saad for being so patient with me. I would also like to thank Zein and Sully for being so professional and made me feel comfortable for all my financial needs. I even got Kirk Cameron (not the "growing pain" actor) the GM of Bank Street Mazda come out of his cabin to congratulate me on my new purchase. Thank you Bank Street Mazda hoping to enjoy our CX5.
