Price too high
Comparing with U-Haul which I use often you rate are too high.
I have paid 29,95 for U-Haul truck rental and 129 for Discount same truck rental.
I do not think I will use this rental service again nor a further recommendation either.

Did not feel my business was appreciated.
My interactions with this branch was very transactional. I did not feel as if my patronage was appreciated because there were no friendly greetings from the staff like, a hello good morning. This was my first time renting a car from Discount and I was disappointed on the customer service we have received.

The staff were fast, they made things easy and were very friendly. The vehicle was also in good condition and great shape.

I go out of my way to go to this location you should too, Sajeel Shaikh and his staff really are a 5 Star team!!!!
I go out of my way to rent from this location because of the service I have got in the past from Sajeel Shaikh the manager, he and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. When ever anyone asks where to rent from I send them to Sajeel and his staff because I know he will always give people the same unforgettable 5star service. This service I dealt with Sania, and she treated me just as I have always been treated and took care of everything for me.
