Great staff and vehicles seem to be well maintained and prices quite reasonable. The cube van I used only had 1050 K on it. Still had the new car smell!

I rented a car two weeks ago. I had and important thing to do and I rented car on Wednesday to get it on Friday. I got a confirmation email, and got an email that the vehicle will be ready. Then, there was no car there for me. And it made me lost a lot of money cause I had to pay for same day rental from other rental agency. Also, everytime I call the customer service. They never pick up. I called multiple times and I waited one time for 30 mins on the phone until I was directed to voicemail. This is disrespectful to the customer, and to Discount Car Company. If you can't fix over booking problem through your website, I can fix it for you with all respect. .

I was greeted in a very professional manner upon picking up my rental. I had rented a van because it was a lot smaller and easier to handle than a cube van. I did not realize that the "new vans" were larger than the one I had in mind. With a review of the features of the van from there staff and assurances " I would do fine", I was on my way. I was so pleasantly surprised at just how easy the van was to drive and with the help of the back up cameras had no difficulties in getting in and out of my tight spaces backing up. Half way through the day the staff called to check to see " how I was doing?" And to see if I had any questions or concerns. I returned the van at the end of the day having my paperwork being handled seamlessly. I was so pleasantly surprised with all aspects of my rental. I would recommend Discount Rentals to anyone who is in the market and most assuredly would do it again in a heartbeat.
