CRV Recall Visit
I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. There was a parking spot available for me in the lot. (although the lot was a bit icy). Tamara listened to any concerns that I had and followed up with the technicians and then with me. The shuttle driver was prompt and pleasant on the drive.

Burning smell on Pilot

Good service
Enjoyed the friendly shuttle service
Please install a car wash bay. The last Honda dealership I used had one and every time your vehicle was serviced they washed your vehicle.

Matt and Denis were great made buying experience easy
Matt was made my transition from a Civic to a CRV very easy. I have an anxiety disorder and large purchases are difficult for me and me made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase I would recommend him to anyone

Matt and Denis were great made buying experience easy
They made my transition from a civic to a CRV very easy. I have an anxiety disorder and large purchases like this are hard for me and Matt and Denis very comfortable for me in the situation. I would recommend the two of them to anyone.
