Service team....excellent!!. Sales Manager Andrew N...…..excellent!! Palladino Honda is focused on customer service, they are very prompt and efficient when dealing with customers. This is my 3rd Honda purchased from them

New Car
My overall experience was very positive. Disappointed that no one was informed and did not inform me that the remote starter was not installed. I had to find out for myself and then contact the dealership to find out what the problem was.
