Always efficient, friendly service!!

Thanks Tamara for great, friendly, and fast service. The shuttle service is also much appreciated and the gentlemen are always kind and polite.

Wonderful service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is great but also quick. I've pretty well had nothing but good, positive experiences with Palladino Honda.

Disappointed with remote start

Very disappointed that you could not change the run times on my remote start . With these cold Canadian winters 10 minutes is not long enough. Also only being able to start it twice. Had I known this I would have had another one installed with another company

Lisa, the remote start will turn on your Honda Civic for 20 minutes total. When you initially start the vehicle remotely, it will stay on for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes it will power off, but you do have the option to start it for an additional 10 minutes. Once the 20 minute time span has elapsed, you are unable to start the vehicle remotely anymore and must go into the vehicle and push to start for safety purposes. B service for my Ridgeline

The service was completed on time with no surprizes and as I've come to expect from all of your service team Tamara was very pleasent to deal with.

Matt and Dennis were great made buying experience east

Purchased a new CRV. They were very kind and I have an anxiety disorder and they really helped me with the process
