Gracious, knowledgeable, focussed, attentive, accommodating.
I was buying a new vehicle. The people with whom I interacted were all friendly, and capable. Actually, I chose Honda because I have, in the past, always had excellent customer service at Palladino’s.

recall???????
I purchase a brand new CR-V, make my payments on time for 6 years with interests just to be told today my car's recall doesn't past the safety standards and is now unfit...They are giving me $10 000 for purchase of a new car....REALLY!!!! I have no more payments, I do not want payments....what is ten grand going to do for me. I called the Honda Canada Customer service just to be told if you can't afford payments for a new car then you shouldn't have a car in the first place. Give me a brake. I paid 6 yrs of interests and payments thinking my car would last me a good 15 yrs, Paid it off just to be told here is a downpayment get a new one and payments again....I am not getting a HONDA ever again. NOT happy. Customer service at Honda Canada sucks. They need training on how to deal with people calling in for this recall. Unacceptable buy-out.

recall disaster
I am so upset that after paying off my car with interest I now need to purchase a new car as Honda is putting my CR-V unfit due to a manufacture fault. I am getting a payout for downpayment on a new car and now I will have payments and interests. I got a Honda thinking this car should last me 15 yrs if not more, not 9. I have no payments and stuck to purchase a new car. I am not going to Honda if they can't come up with a better deal. I bought a new car in 2010, brand new not used..they told me with the pay-out I can get a decent used car..omg no! Not used I want new...I did not purchase a used car!!! Terrible, when I call Honda Canada I was treated like a piece of crap, being told if you can't afford payments then you shouldn't have a car. OMG

Warrenty T&C discrepancies and failure to provide honest response to refund request
Purchased a demo Mazda Miata from Palladino Honda, great service from Jordan throughout the entire process. However, during the closing, the finance manager sold me an extended warranty, final coat plus for 1295 plus HST. After reading over the T&C carefully, I realized some provisions didn't match what was discussed in person. For instance, it does not state any deductible on the T&C, but was told i must repair at a Palladino dealership to avoid a $150 deductible. Another discrepancy was the T&C states the insurance is not transferrable but was told it was transferrable and I just have to email the finance manager when the time comes, even though I'm not sure whether or not he will still be working there. As such I requested a cancellation and refund. However, I was told the financing bank has closed the deal and there's nothing they can do. It's quite funny because I paid 4000$ down for the vehicle directly to Palladino (the payee shown on credit card and bank statement), not to the financing bank. The financing has nothing to do with their ability to process a refund for a cancellation of an extended warranty, of which they have ample cash collateral from my purchase to refund. I simply cannot recommend anyone from purchasing from this dealership. My rating may change if the owner can come forward and rectify this situation.
