New 2019 Civic / Lease Renewal
I responded to the special three day 2019 Civic Overstock event held at the end of July and I am very happy with the deal and the incentives I was able to obtain.
Special thanks to Marc Chaumont who helped me find my next Civic and ensured I obtained good value for my 2015 Civic SI (which has been the best car I've ever owned). He is truly an asset to the Palladino Sales Team.

Fantastic service!
I needed a quick appointment to fix a noise coming from my front brakes. I was in within a day. The issue was corrected in a couple of hours and I was on my way ahead of schedule.

Never treated well there
Every time I have been to Palladino Honda I have either been ignored or forced services upon. The latest experience they ruined my wiper blades in hope that I would pay for replacements. So discouraged and tell everyone I know not to go there.

brake pads checked
The service was exceptional again - under an hour of waiting - was impressed when a service person came to say "Hello" (I am sorry I forget her name - at 81 years old those things happen). In short I was treated like a queen!
