Friendly and positive experience

Brought my daughter in to lease her first new vehicle. Honda made it easy and met all of our needs.

Excellent

From initial mtg with Josh to mtg with Chase and Theresa at final sale - staff were friendly + professional, as is always the experience at Palladino Honda :) Excellent service !

fast and efficient service,courteous reception, knowledgeable staff and in general all around warm feeling of customer importance. importance

Keep up what your doing,your reception specialist sets the presence for the customer to confort and friendless, which encourages a return for service.

I love my new HRV.

Salespeople were very informative and not pushy - I never felt pressured, and they answered all of my questions - gave me step-by-step instructions on all the new gadgets on the car. Made the sale seamless and exciting.
