I was charged for flat tires

Hello, I rented a car for two days. I booked a small car considering mileage. I was given a SUV and I spent thrice the gas I should have spent for a small car. secondly I dropped the car over the night and there was no issue with the car while I returned. But in the morning I received a call stating the tires are flat. I was charged 50$ extra for this. I am not sure why I am charged without knowing the reason for the flat tires. I am not impressed by this action.

Staff were courteous and accomodating.

Appreciated the complimentary upgrade when reserved vehicle type was sold out, and accomodated request to change vehicle type when first one wasn't suitable (Jeep was too high for senior citizen to get into seat). Staff were very courteous and accomodating.

Great rental car

Excellent customer service from the Richmond office location. Quick and easy and the rental car provided was really an amazing car (GMC Yukon).

Very understanding and accommodating team

Super impressed with the manager and staff. I needed to return the rental and then pick it up again. Offered me water, and excellent customer service.

amazing customer service

the staff was helpful, informative, understanding and flexible. I went inside undecided and came out smiling because they suggested the most appropriate vehicle for my long road trip.
