I reserve the car at RICHMONDHILL location a week ago
When i go pick up the car they say we don't have car

Terrible
For 35 km I put 7 dollars of gaz and they charge me 74 dolllars more and finally with calls and calls they gave me 30 dollars of 74 dollars back . In total I paid 51 dollars for 35 km. People very carefull if you going for rental a 16 feet truck . They will find the way to charge you for something. My friend has the same experience with this location as well and god knows how many more!!!!!!!

Extra charge
I refilled and return but I don’t know why they charge me extra for about $7!!!! I think Budget company works better.

Cargo Van
I rented a Cargo Van from 10620 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
when I got to the highway, in a snowing day, it ran out of windshield fluid. I had to stop every minute to clean the windshield and get of the highway to a gas station to get it refill.
It is a safety hazard, I was surprised that they didn't check it out.
Also, the next day, I received a call in the morning to see if I can return the van earlier, because they have a customer sitting in the office waiting for the van !!!
