Got my name wrong Quote me the daily rate wrong What a ripoff Bad customer experience I have ever had

I received a email the day before confirming that there was a 16 cube van available when I arrived the next morning only had a 12 foot and was told they do not carry 16’ truck anymore. So why did I get email day before telling me that there was a16’ there for me to pick up the following day. Had to make more trips on shorter truck which cost more fuel

They always lies about picking up they keep you waiting until last hour of the operating And than they call and say sorry we have no body to pick you up They always given dirty Car mr. suny is one of the worst employees he let phon ring for long time befor he answering and lots of other problems that they have in running the branch

I will never use Duscount again. They are short staffed and don’t accept prepaid travel credit cards plus I received a truck with only a quarter tank of gas and told to return with the same. Convenient.. how do you calculate that? I obviously put more gas than needed and ended up paying more. Neat trick .

I was told that I would be charged $ 300 because someone smoked in the truck (which we had for a total of 2 hours). No one smoked in the truck and I was spoken to in a very demeaning manner which strongly suggested I was not telling the truth. The young man who drove the truck is a periodic smoker but did not smoke inside the truck. He and his helper smoked a couple of times outside the truck. Any smell of smoke either came from clothing or perhaps a prior user. The agent at discount agrees he never saw anyone smoking inside the truck but was certain that someone had been smoking there. Our treatment and the attitude of the Discount staff was absolutely outrageous. I should point out that I rented Discount cars for many years and changed to another company because of poor service. This is yet another example of substandard service. y
