Car rental

Your call center was quick to make a reservation and put me in touch with a center that had no car for me. I found myself stranded for 3 hours and had to sort ot out on my end as I was being put back to your call center.

Good service.

I don’t do google reviews. I prefer anonymous. Service was great. Car available when required. Only place open on Sunday.

Car Rental

I booked a car for the long weekend but was told on Saturday Morning that no car for me. I was forced to pick up car on Sunday till Monday. I called on Tuesday to extend for one more day - the rep. told me to pay more for the extended day at $41.99 - I took it but not too happy. You promised but couldn't deliver and did not give me a break. When I asked for extension and you charged me more - The Rep Jason was not too friendly? Van rental

The staff was great but the van itself smelled like a barn or manure like. I cant imagine that anyone from the location who moved or sat in the vehicle would not have noticed the odor. Besides that the van drove fine.

After several calls finally was provided a van that was agreed to via invoice -

I agreed to rent a van 1 month in advance and the Discount rep said a Honda Odyssey would be available. I called 5 days in advance of rental day and was advised no vans are available. It took until the day before the rental date that I was confirmed a van but only a Dodge Caravan. Not the level of service I expect.
