Very good experience purchasing a vehicle at Forest City Dodge.

Chris Reath was very professional, friendly and helpful in helping me purchase my 2013 Toyota Rav4. He could answer all my questions or find the answer for me. He is exceptional in his job and just a pleasure to deal with. Every person I met and dealt with in purchasing my vehicle at Forest City Dodge was very professional and helpful and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Roy Evans

Top class dealership

Very positive experience at Forest City Dodge. Chris Reath was an excellent salesman, very friendly, really listened to the customer and was very helpful in breaking down different situations to fit the customers budget. Kelly and Cassidy in the finance department were also great. They were friendly and completed all paperwork in a very timely manner. Highly recommended this dealership! Top class from top to bottom!

Extremely dissatisfied

I called to have my subframe replaced under a recall before traveling on vacation at the end of July. I arranged to drop my car of on Saturday June 29th at 4pm over the long weekend and it was to be fixed by Tuesday July 2nd. When I arrived to pick up my car Tuesday, I was told they were unable to replace the subframe because they didn’t get the part due to the holidays. Sergio said I will be contacted when the part came in. I left unhappy but waited for the call. I received a phone call on July 19 at 11:24am letting me know the subframe had arrived and would I like to set up an appointment to have it installed. I explained that I was going on vacation soon but could bring it in on Monday 4pm as long as I was guaranteed that the work would be done and my car would be ready for pick up on Tuesday July 23rd. She said she would need to find out if it was possible and would call me back. I received a call back at 1:15pm guaranteeing me that the work would be done end of day Tuesday July 23th. I dropped my car off on Monday July 22nd at 4pm, once again I asked a co-worker to followed me to the dealership and drive me home. Tuesday July 23rd at 2pm I called the dealership to find out when my vehicle would be ready. I was transferred to several people and told Sergio was with a customer but I could leave a voice message. I had previously left a voice message for Sergio and it was never returned. I explained this to the person on the phone and asked if they could just check in on the status on my vehicle to let me know when it would be ready so I could arrange a ride from a co-worker. That’s when I was transferred to Sergio directly and he said my vehicle had not even been seen yet and they would need it for another day. I explained that I was guaranteed when making the appointment that it would be fixed because I was going on vacation and I could not leave the vehicle with him for another day. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way everything ways handled and said I would be picking my vehicle up at 4pm. When I arrived, Sergio apologized for all my inconvenience. At this point I felt jerked around, I live/work in the North/East side of London (20 minute drive there and back), had to “bum” rides from co-workers 4 separate times and my vehicle was not going to be fixed before my vacation. Then I received an email from Forest City Dodge letting me know that their records indicate that I was unable to make it to my appointment on Monday July 22 at 6pm and would I like to reschedule.....REALLY??
