Great service
Thank you Forest City Mazda staff! We appreciate your hard work and dedication to listening to us and ensuring that we are happy with the service we receive. You were attentive to our questions and concerns and addressed all of them without argument or issue. You ensured we were taking care of! We had previously done business with another brand of vehicle (a competitor of yours) where we were lied to, over charged, talked down to, and generally taken advantage of. What a refreshing change to have a dealership that listens to and respects their customers! We will never go back to the other brand of vehicles and will continue to buy Mazda!

Recall/warranty issue
Mazda has a recall for badly designed sideview mirrors that have die cast aluminum components that cause bad white streaking down the doors. We have a 2016 with the 60 month extended warranty, and they say it isn't covered. How is that even possible? May seriously have to rethink the CX5 my wife wanted to get this year.

Extremely Satisfied with service & staff!
As a first time owner of a Mazda this is my first encounter with the service department.
Shanna was completely knowledgeable and helpful with all my concerns. Cheerful and efficient with the process my service order was quickly processed.
All work performed on my vehicle was completely done to my satisfaction and without delay.

Smooooooth
I had been looking for a used Mazda6 for the previous couple of months. My neighbour had purchased a used CX-5 from Charlie and when I saw the perfect 6 come up, I gave Charlie a call. Great service from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend you give him a call if you're looking for a Mazda in London.

Staff were punctual, friendly and professional.
It was a regular maintenance appointment - oil change, tire rotation etc. I did ask them to replace the windshield wiper on the passenger side but that was not done. I assume it was forgotten so i will have to make another trip to get that completed as I did not notice it until I was home.
