Unprofessional

The office was dirty and unwelcoming. The vehicle was upsized to a very large vehicle because of convenience on their part. The hatch didn’t latch.

Be safe not to go with discount car

It's been 2 week and they didn't retun the deposit amount even they know I've to leave Canada and they assure in 2 days u get back in card... and even now not picking calls

without professionalism

they gave me a different car than the one I had selected in my reservation, without giving me any reason, they gave me a bigger car and the gas expense was higher than what I had planned and their staff at no time showed kindness or good service.

Car was filthy

The car was dirty and smelled gross inside. It also had been hit on the side and only had half a tank of gas when they gave it to us. Would not recommend.

Way to long to check in and get car and on our way only 2 people checking in customers

Way to long to get the car sign. Paper work was not problem only two agents checking people to get cars When dropping off car had left some Expensive sunglasses in rental called back the same day when at the airport to see if I could make arrangements to pick them up was about 15 min agent told car was gone and could not help me I drop the car off 40 min before they were to close was not helpful at all to find the glass
