Granville
Granville was an amazing guy. Right when we got to the place, he was very genuine and useful in regards to giving significant information. He gave us very good advice in regards to various methods of buying the car. He also gave us auto insurance information along with some of his recommended brokers. He was very passionate in helping us buy the car I own today.

Ontario Motor Sales is a JOKE!!!!
Do not buy or service your vehicles at Ontario Motor Sales. The Sales men are super shady, they make false promises and never fall through with them. My husband and I purchased a Truck and a Chevy Cruze from them in 2013. Just this year I brought my car into the dealership to get appraised because I was thinking of buying an SUV. They completely low balled me. My car has one small dent on the panel at the bottom and they told me that it had scratches all over the bumper. My car only has 40,000 km. It has been well taken care of. They insulted my husband and with a $4,000 trade in offer. We couldn't believe it. All the business we have have given them, the referrals etc. and they pull this. We walked out of the dealership right away. Shaun then called us and told us well maybe we can do $5,000 if I speak to my manager. Seriously?? This business is a JOKE. What is the real trade in value OMS? After this happened I wrote a review on google expressing how I felt and wanted to make sure other customers were aware of this and how they treat "their loyal customers". This is the kicker.. even after my review.. they called me to ask me if I have received their trade in letter and if I was interested in trading in my vehicle. Lets just say I began to laugh hysterically on the phone. "Get your stuff together OMS!"
OMS has many incompetent employees at their dealership. I would never shop their again nor service any of my vehicles there. To anyone who is looking to buy a car or to service their car.. go to Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac Ltd. They are fantastic!

An amazing experience with true professionals
My wife and I were looking to get a GMC Terrain and after a few internet searches and browsing on Auto Traders I came upon one at Ontario Motor Sales. Within a minute or two after sending them an email to my surprise I received a call and I scheduled a VIP viewing for the following day.
When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready and waiting. We received a warm and professionally greeting from Sam Bianca and after an exchange of pleasantry we took it for a drive.
We had such a confident and comfortable experience talking with Sam. At no time we felt pressured and uncomfortable. Sam’s approach and expert advice sealed the deal for us. He introduced us to his manager Scott who was just down to earth and authentic which gave us an overall great experience.
We picked up the vehicle a couple days later and it was professionally prepared for us.
We have now established a strong relationship with Sam and we have been relaying our experience wherever we go and whomever we meet. We will continue to refer anyone to OMS in particularly with Sam and Scott.
Our next vehicle will most certainly be from Ontario Motors Sales.

Surprised
I made an appointnent a few days prior to see a vehicle. Upon arriving I was told that I wasnt in their database (surprising since I had been in contact with a representative numerous times prior to my visit confirming I was coming). Not a big deal as a salesman approached me quickly and took no time to pull the vehicle I was interested in around. I was disappointed however that the vehicle was not clean. I can understand the outside being dirty, I visited on a clear day but the previous days had been nasty, however the interior was very dirty and it was impossible to tell if anything was perminent or if it was simply dirt. The icing on the cake was that there was an aicorn in the trunk. I guess what the biggest disappointment to mewas that I came in from Stoney Creek (100 minute drive), they were expecting me for a few days and the car was in no condition to sell.
The salesman Greg I dealt was nice and so was the manager Scott, both seemed to be pretty down to earth guys and knowledgable. However the vehicle being so dirty left a bad taste in my mouth.
