Summer tires +

Went in for tire change and another problem was discovered and taken care of immediately. Saved me a trip back. Problem was clearly explained. Excellent service.

Friendly and Informative

The salesman, Mike, was very friendly and informative about my new purchase. He set me up with one of the lot vehicles for the weeks when I didn't have a vehicle of my own as they waited for mine to arrive at the dealership. All around great service.

I am always satisfied with the services rendered at North Bay Mazda.

I am getting tired of these surveys every time I get service done on my car and will more than likely not complete them in future. They are too long and take too much time. There you go!

We receive the best customer service ever.

From making the appointment to service being done on our CX5 this dealership is great. North Bay Mazda staff go out of their way to make the visit as easy as possible. After the service is completed the staff take the time to explain what has been done and what to look for in the upcoming appointments. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and friendly. We live out of town and my husband was at an eye appointment in another location which took longer than we thought. I took the car to the dealership and they sent a courtesy car to pick him up when he was done.

Poor service department

Sent me and my kids home in a vehicle the mechanic knew there was something wrong with. When asked about it “it wasn’t on the work order”. I have since got rid of that vehicle and bought new elsewhere. We were in the market for a new vehicle at the time, this situation cost you (and our amazing sales representative Matt D) a new vehicle sale.
