Bill and staff very easy to do business with. One tip with respect to free car wash - although free it should be completed properly by the wash team (20% of the body was still dirty).

Friendly staff changed seasonal tires and pointed out brake wear and scheduled a convenient appointment in a few days to fix the issue, in the meantime we looked at a new Mazda SUV and arranged a test drive when our car was being serviced next week. Awesome Mazda team that will count heavily when weighing up next vehicle options.

Timely service and delivery of vehicle. All aspects of the service explained by service advisor.
Spring service, and Transmission service which included replacement of transmission fluid. Comforting to be told that the technician who is knowledgeable about the vehicle was responsible for the work carried out.

I do not agree that a client should be required to write a discriptive of the experience unless they wish to. I have already indicated in my summarizing sentence that I do not have any complaints. Keeping it simple is the best way to continue to get feedback.
