From the moment I walked in the building I felt welcomed and my vehicle concerns validated. Bill made me feel stress free that my care was in good hands. The door lock was fixed and my car came out perfectly clean inside and outside. I would definitely purchase another Mazda and recommend others to purchase due to the excellent service I get from the team at North Bay Mazda! Vehicles are dime a dozen but its the service you receive after you purchase that matters the most.

As always the staff was polite, informed and helpful. A secondary issue presented itself and it was dealt with quickily and staff went out of their way to make sure I was not inconvienced. Much appreciated!

Could have offered more deals, considering I made it out with cash.
Sales guy was friendly but was not there on the final sale day, a little bit upset, he pussed us all week to bit this suv and than was away for the final sale day.
But the lady was good too.
The SUV it self could have been cleaber in the inside.
