Service did the best they could under the circumstances. Issues only happen during -29 to -35 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately while North Bay Mazda had the vehicle it was a balmy -20 or so. Not cold enough for the vehicle to act up, or warning lights to come on. Service cannot perform diagnosis on something that is not happening. ?

My appointment time was respected, the vehicle was ready and all the work was done properly, thank you for the Mazda family feeling.
This was a regular maintenance appointment, the mechanic working on my mazda 6GT inspected all components as required, and suspect that my serpentine belt be replaced, which he did, I strongly recommend northbay Mazda.
