Fixed problem but could not explain how air suspension leak occurred. So now hopping it won’t occur again in a short time.
Easy to book appointment online. Brought Ram 1500 in due to air suspension failure. System no pressure, refilled system and it is working, only could not tell how leak occurred. I’m hoping that leak will not occur again soon and need to go back in. Got truck back same day.

Great salesman
Friendly polite service from the salesman and the manager and financing staff. Very accommodating, kind and helpful as well. Really appreciate it.

Rude
We had our key fobs fixed. There was some miscommunication with who had our other key fob there within the staff, Adam Tubman from service was rude, he acted like it wasn’t his problem, seemed like he didn’t care and made us feel like we were unwanted customers. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for him or if it was because we are people of colour.
