Frustratung
We had brought the vehicle in as the engine light was on we were told there was an update which was completed and the light was off.
The next day the light came on again we had to bring it back and we don't live in Calgary so this was frustrating we were then asked if it was put on a diagnostic we said we assumed as how else would they have discovered the issue then we were told if we didn't ask for it they wouldn't have done it as it is an extra cost and wouldn't have done it without consent then it was we assume put on the diagnostic that day as they then discovered it needed a new thermostat.

Very helpful. Got the van I wanted not pushy
Looking for a basic van. No frills needed but needed to be new and easy to access back row. Bob was very helpful and got us a great deal and met our requirements with no fuss. Would recommend him to friends and family.

Recall - very easy to do
The recall process was seamlessly easy. Michelle was super nice to deal with, we had to change apt times and she was very nice about it.

Waited for 4-5 hours
I brought my jeep for the power steering flush service. The appointment was at 11am and the service guy said it will take a hour so i told the guy that i will be waiting in the dealership so i started waiting. After 3 hours, i went to the guy and asked if my jeep is ready or not and he said he forgot that i was waiting in the dealership and they did not even start working on it and the guy told me to wait for another one more hour. I bought my jeep and had a few services at eastside dodge with great experiences but this time was so ridiculous. I was so mad about the guy told me to wait for one hour and made me wait almost 5hours and i also told him that i will be waiting in the dealership and he was totally forgot that i was waiting. So dissapointed.
