Eastside Dodge Chrysler Jeep R...

I brought my jeep for the power steering flush service. The appointment was at 11am and the service guy said it will take a hour so i told the guy that i will be waiting in the dealership so i started waiting. After 3 hours, i went to the guy and asked if my jeep is ready or not and he said he forgot that i was waiting in the dealership and they did not even start working on it and the guy told me to wait for another one more hour. I bought my jeep and had a few services at eastside dodge with great experiences but this time was so ridiculous. I was so mad about the guy told me to wait for one hour and made me wait almost 5hours and i also told him that i will be waiting in the dealership and he was totally forgot that i was waiting. So dissapointed.

Everything was serviced perfectly and the vehicle was ready even quicker than I thought it would be. All 3 job items were completed.

Quick service, oil change was done within one hour without appointment even after big lineups. Friendly staff and not too expensive like other dealerships.

Experience with Munish bhatia was awesome. Great knowledge, great experience he has. He went through very small details of the vehicle and mine too, to choose the best vehicle. I strongly recommend him and dealership.

Jason went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. He came in early to work to fit in my schedule.
