Winter package servicing

When we arrived we went to the service bay, which was difficult to navigate. We proceeded to the service desk and were told we needed to go to the body shop. We went to the body shop and found it was closed on Saturdays. We went to the customer service desk and were told again the body shop is closed on Saturdays. At that time our sales person Marlon arrived and said he would take our car (not sure where as the body shop was closed). We were given the keys to a courtesy vehicle (Pacifica). We found it covered with snow. Filthy on the inside and out. And with nearly no gas. There was no snow brush inside the vehicle so we had to go into the dealership to request one. I would certainly say the experience was disappointing.

Had a great experience for the most part

Wanda went above and beyond helping me after I found out my warranty had just expired.My truck is being repaired at no charge thanks to the goodwill of Eastside dodge I really do appreciate that. My only bad experience I had was when I had to deal with the assistant service manager Derrick, this is the second time I had to deal with him he seems to have a chip on his shoulder which made for an unpleasant conversation, he needs better people skills. Other than that my experience was great and would like to thank the service manager Sean for helping me out. Phillip Eddy
