Fast and friendly!

Very good from start to finish.
Had recall work done, due to a warranty issue.
Kara had organized our appt to fit into our time schedule and lined up a replacement vehicle for us that suited our needs. Everything went smoothly and we had our vehicle repaired within the time she had told us.
Everything went as well as could be expected. We have dealt with Kara previously and found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
There was nothing I can think of that was a negative related to the service provided.

Friendly and quick service
I had a great experience while getting my oil changed. There is always a comfortable seating area and wifi. My only complaint would be that my oil change took over an hour when I had scheduled an appointment and stated at the time the appointment was made I would be waiting. I was told most of the technicians went on a lunch break when I had arrived but I was informed that my oil change should take no more than an hour. I am aware however that issues arise and I would not change my rating based on this. It was simply a minor annoyance.
