Sherwood Honda

Sales staff were friendly and informative at first... I found an excellent car that I wanted. Thought the deal was going well. My biweekly payments were over $50 more than initially quoted. I said “no deal” and requested my deposit back. Instead, I was trapped in a finance associates office and berated for not knowing the deal before I came. Fair enough, but I was told “your payment may go up a little”. Does $50 biweekly seem like a little? Anyway, I finally managed to escape with my deposit. They tried every slimy sales tactic to make me feel bad or that I was being unreasonable. Don’t go here! I ended getting an excellent deal at Toyota Northwest!

Bought a black 2007 Acura MDX with about 250 000 kms and love it. It my 5th vehicle from this location. 5 stars.

DJ in the finance department is great. He is the reason I bought my vehicle at Sherwood Honda. DJ goes above and beyond, and is always willing to help.

Told breaks redone on our vehicle prior to purchase, noticed squeak, brought back told fine. Within less than 6 months breaks sounding horrible. Brought in to another mechanic. Total breaks needing to be redone. Over $2000 worth of work. Evidence and photos shown to Sherwood Honda and refused to compensate or make it right.

I purchased a vehicle with Yasser and I could not be more pleased! He provided fantastic customer service, and was very honest, patient and a pleasure to work with. I felt like he had all the time in the world and that I was his only customer when I know I was not!!!! There was no pressure or pushy "sales tactics" but honest customer service from Yasser and everyone I dealt with at Sherwood Honda. After completing my sale, everything was done and I had a change of heart over the colour of the vehicle. I called and Yasser was not available so I was immediately connected with a Manager who took the time to send me photos of the cars from every angle so I did not have to drive all the way into town to take a second look if I did not want to! Superb staff and huge thank you to Yasser, Hoang, Brandi, Shibani and Courtney. If you are not sure about where to shop I highly recommend giving Sherwood Honda a try:)
