This was a very enjoyable experience, through out which I felt that my business was never taken for granted
I was at the dealership for a routine oil change. From before I even arrived, the service was great. I had to call to find out if it really was okay that I had driven 11,000 plus km a still had not had the service light come on, to changing my appointment time reality last minute to accommodate my child care. Once I arrived the people in the service bay were very prompt and friendly. The service customer lounge was a great place to pass the time, very clean and comfortable. Overall this was one of the best service centers I have ever been to!

no pressure made saying yes an easy decision
this was my first vehicle purchase and I was unsure but the sales rep at Honda was very
casual about it all and I never felt pressured. best of all she let my friend and I test drive
the vehicle all by ourselves with no actual time limit. not all dealers allow this and so my
friend and I could drive freely and discuss how we really felt about the car and whether this
was the right car to buy. these sort of discussions need be done privately and so it helped
convince us that this was a good car to buy.

Knowledgeable salesperson provided fast and complete customer service
Information on Trim packages, accessories, availability. Also provided a complete walk through of the vehicle and gave us a mini training session on all the features.
