Sherwood Honda is super great to deal with all of the staff is great. It is easy to talked to staff your are not put on hold for ever. Staff always offering beverages and informing you that it won't be long before your car is ready. The dealership is always clean including the bathroom

Oil change
Oil change took almost 2 hours.asked when i arrived if it would be fairly quick as i had groceries /frozen items in back of vehicle.was assured people were getting in and out quickly.after approx 1.5 hours of waiting i enquired if the vehicle was done shortly.sounded like they forgot about my car and they were going to work on it now.
I had to wait around the same amount of time the last time i was in aswell.with the recent price increase of roughly $20 for an oil change ill be looming elsewhere

I went to sherwood Honda and was assisted by Todd. He was well informed and not overly aggressive for my needs. Helped me decide what would be the best vehicle for me according to my needs

Not forthcoming of all the sale details.
There was never a mention that the vehicle came with one ignition key only. When there should have been two.

One usual courtesy was not performed
It was just a basic B1 service. Everything was good as per usual, except for the fact that the CRV had not been washed. Every other service our civic or CRV has had, the vehicle has been washed. This time that did not happen. So that was disappointing.
