Inconsistent
Although the service was speedy, my car appears to be a lemon as its a new 2016 civic and has already had its computer system frozen, locking me out of my vehicle. The service department couldn't give me comfort as they were also baffled. Next my lemon at 18,000 km had a very bad engine oil leak, again the service department couldn't give me any comfort as again they were also at a loss for words. At that time they didn't give my car the complimentary car wash and it took 5 phone calls to receive my invoice.

I sent Merv Kary a long note commending all the staff who helped me with the purchase of my Pilot. I can resend you the note if he no longer has it.

Voice tag issue
There has been a technical issue with the audio system (voice tag ) ,which is still not resolved . I was informed that it will be resolved soon probably by the end of February . I seriously don't know weather this information was correct or not . Please provide the correct information if possible . Over all it's just an ok experience

2010 Wrangler Unlimited
