Experience was excellent until I had an issue with my car a week after and now the dealer was hands off.
Working with Jimmy was excellent. We appreciated his knowlwdge and great customer service while looking for and prcasing the vehicle we bought. We were told to give him a call if there were any problems and when we did, we were advised there is nothing they can do. The request was simply that the seatbelt on driver side seem to not workcorrect, but instead of suggesting we bring it in for them to take a look, we were advised, their mechanic can not fix this. Due to that, it really dissheartens me and that is why we chose to not purchase our nxt vehicle there. Instead we wenr to a nother dealer, VW for our SUV and the choics was between the Honda and VW. We really liked Jimmy and Amanda, but follow thru with supportas not acceptable.

Excellent service
I enjoyed my experience buying my new car from Jimmy. He was knowledgeable, informative and extremely friendly. I will definitely be back to buy another car from Jimmy when I am ready.

Purchased Honda CVR
I received excellent customer service from Sherwood Honda. Jimmy really listened to my ideas and answered all my questions treating me with respect and high esteem as a female customer. He struck up a conversation with me treating me as an equal and valuing my opinion. He was honest and direct and focused on what I needed in a vehicle, giving me valuable information and guidance in my purchase.

Never again
After receiving my used car we noticed a pile of work needed, to their credit they admitted there were open work orders that were never completed. No big deal everyone makes mistakes right. I sent my cousin to buy a used vehicle also and not only did they fail to perform the work needed on their own open work orders they are trying to get of doing the repairs needed. Nobody I know will EVER go to this dirt lot in disguise again!

Researched Honda CRV online and new what I wanted
Made contact with Sherwood Honda using there website contact information. After several emails with the sales rep we scheduled a test drive of the Honda CRV Touring we had researched. The vehicle preformed as per all the reviews and later that afternoon we drove it home. Everyone in the transaction had there i's dotted and 't's crossed and a professional transaction occurred in great time with no delays. Will purchase our next Honda from this dealership.
