terrible customer service

We had an appointment this morning at 9am to get a sticker on our Odyssey. We didn't get served until 11am. This was incredibly inconvenient and i just wanted to make the manager of the servicing department aware of this terrible customer service.

Hello Megan & Darren, I am very sorry for your experience (I believe you two are talking about the same circumstance). It was unfortunate that our overhead door had broken down while your vehicle was in our shop. The reason some vehicles went in and out after you was that they were not trapped inside. Unfortunately we were unable to fix the door ourselves and needed to call someone in. I can see why you are frustrated(we were frustrated too!) but this by no means is the norm at Sherwood Honda. This is a flaw with our shop that we have only one door in and out but we have since taken precautions to ensure that this does not happen again, Regards, Quinn Kary General Manager

Service department

I booked an appointment at 9 am for a recall on the door sticker. It is now 11:30 and I'm still waiting

Informed and respectful sales staff took the stress out of a new vehicle purchase.

I was impressed with Jimmy's knowledge and patience when my wife and I recently bought our 2016 Honda CRV. Sherwood Honda were able to expedite the process when needed to meet our busy schedules and we're always available to answer questions and were very prompt with responses. I would certainly recommend Sherwood Honda and Jimmy to friends and family.

No after sales help.

I purchased a Honda mid nov 2015 and being from Manitoba a front licence place holder is required. After many conversations with the sales person and one with the sales manager,who both assured me that they would ship the required parts. On Jan 11 i was notified the parts were ordered.? I expressed my frustation with the delay and it is now Feb 3 2016 and I have not received the parts nor do I expect to.
