Quality cars, quality service.

Silvia recognized my need for an immediate determination of my problem, (battery lite on), . knowing that my job takes me out of town,a diagnosis was scheduled on short notice, the problem was diagnosed, parts were obtained overnite and work was done without delay. Desk staff and courier were courteous and efficient; .

Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgable Service

We had a great experience with Jordan at MB Sudbury. He was professional yet friendly. He was genuinely interested in helping us find the best vehicle for our needs and budget, rather than just making a sale. We would definitely get in contact with Jordan when we are looking again.

Perfect pleasant people to deal with the ser

The service department, driver are very pleasant to deal with. The mechanic does excellent work and check for other problems so they can be repaired before a major brake down. Thank you

I have been with this dealership for the past 15 years for service only on my vehicles, and have always been treated like it was my first visit. This matters to me as I am a firm believer in cultivating a strong customer relationship.

My service advisor Natashia was faced with a difficult set of circumstances involving availability of parts for the scheduled service for my GL. She kept me updated and worked diligently at minimizing the inconvenience of a longer than expected delay of the return of my vehicle. She showed excellent grace under pressure and all was resolved to my satisfaction in the end. She is an excellent addition to the team and with Sylvia mentoring her at the service desk she will soon excel in the position. i look forward to working with her again.

Great service today

Great service today glad all of the work was covered under warranty. Sure glad I bought the extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle
