Had an oil change for my X3. BMW London let me know that it was due for service and it was done quickly and the shuttle driver was great.

I've been a client for 11 years and always impressed with the honesty and competence of service department.
I've had an excellent ownership experience with my 2009 BMW since it was new. There have been few issues that needed specialised help and service team has always been able to address them effectively and with competence.
