As always - friendly and professional
Service rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained time required to diagnosis the problem and time required to resolve the issue once the problem was diagnosed. The shuttle driver was very friendly and a credit to BMWLONDON.

Excellent Service
From the moment I walked in, until the service was complete, I was greeted and treated well. I had some alignment problems with my vehicle and it was fixed! Drives alot better now. The mechanic did excellent work, unfortunately, I don't know the person's name. Hopefully BMW can thank that person for me. Nick greeted me as soon as I walked in and kept me updated on the repairs and so did the two employees at the customer service desk
