Every visit is always professional and friendly
A problem was caught and fixed while coming in for a scheduled oil change. This extra attention to catch a problem was appreciated as we were taking the vehicle for a long drive in a few days.

I had an oil change on my z4 and the staff was very friendly.
I always had a positive experience with BMW London. The staff, especially the mechanic always tried to answer my questions. The fees are also reasonable compared to other high end cars.

Vehicle Recall Notice
Appointment made and staff was bent on making my wait pleasant. Coffee, cookies etc were offered. Sales rep. stopped and asked how long I had been waiting and then checked with Service to see how much longer it would take them.
