Vehicle Recall Notice
Appointment made and staff was bent on making my wait pleasant. Coffee, cookies etc were offered. Sales rep. stopped and asked how long I had been waiting and then checked with Service to see how much longer it would take them.

The appointment is ongoing. Bill Duffield personally handled my service, expediting repairs after someone collided with my stationary X5.

Excellent Service
Service was excellent! I was kept informed through out the day as to the issue and progress. Also the shuttle driver was very professional and personable! Excellent job BMW London.

This is the second time I was notified from BMW London. Apparently, there is another Jim Randle. Too bad, I don't own a BMW.
