The whole team at BMW london make my every visit whether I am looking for a new BMW, new wheels and tires or an oil change it is an enjoyable experience.
A great group of professionals. Always fun to talk with and ponder a new 8 series or discuss mechanical and engineering issues with the service people. I thoroughly enjoyed the humor centered on the therapy dog; apparently a new addition to the staff. This experience was especially timely since I am currently caring for a Corgi puppy who is trying to herd me..

Very friendly professional service.
My car was stalling when I started it. BMW found that the oil cage was not replaced when I had an oil change completed by another provider. They replaced the cage and completed an oil change. They also replaced the ground strap. They advised me of the cost and asked if I would like the to complete the repairs. The car was ready sooner than expected and was washed.
