Great experience
Had a wonderful experience buying my new to me Escape. Gregg McSherry was so wonderful to work with. He is so patient, kind and ensured all my questions were answered and that I was getting into a vehicle that met my needs. Along with having some fun while we were at it. Dealer would not remove or negotiate added fees.
Dealership added "Platinum Security Service" to the vehicle and insisted the $500 fee for it was non-negotiable and I had to pay it..
Dealership charged for a "Wheaton Kia Prairie Package". Sales staff were unclear as to what this $2,495 fee included and again insisted that it was non-negotiable.
I feel that I was forced to pay nearly $3,000 more for things I didn't want.
