Tricky people & hidden charges
What we've discussed with the sales person was completely different after we finalized it with the business manager Nabil Salem we were promised free tires end up paying for it and got charged for extra packages that wasn't mentioned with extra cost i wouldn't recommend this dealer especially the business manager Nabil Salem still waiting for my free tires

Dishonest individual watch out for your deal especially with the business manager Nabil Salem
Very bad experience sales person promised us free winter tires and business manager Nabil Salem charged us for it and for unmentioned costs on packages fysh business

Incompetent mechanics
Problems with 2011 Elantra while under warranty. Mechanics couldn’t find the problem. Found lots of problems after warranty expired and did work but didn’t solve problems. So unnecessary work done. Service manager and general manager kept promising to call to discuss but don’t.
Issues on 2014 Elantra were dismissed as that’s how the car operates. Don’t trust the desk service people. Turns out my FOBs were defective but were too old to be replaced. Would cost me $400 3 years later to keep the remote starter.

Could not have asked for a better sales representative
This is my second car with Tran, knowledgable and great to deal with, takes the time to make sure your happy not pushy at all my whole experience with the whole team was 5 stars ... i would highly recomend going to Tran
