I was very impressed, and would recommend!

I was very impressed with the service I received. I would recommend to ask for Zack. He was amazing, and very helpful. Adam was also amazing, and would recommend him as well. Overall, I had the best experience I could possibly receive, and then some.

Deceitful and Terrible Post Purchase Experience

Terrible experience from Day 1. Was sold a car that began to leak oil after day 1. Tires had massive bulges/bubbles as well. Took over a month to find a resolution for the tires. No call backs ever, had to keep hounding for anything. Oil leak was due to over torque on the "O" ring plug that they will not take responsibility for. When I messaged in about the oil leak, I was told to take it to a BMW dealership (BMW is what I bought) as they would not take care of it. After warranty did not cover it, I had a $300 bill. Took this bill to Hyundai on Hunt as their service team was the cause of the oil leak. They told me no reimbursement as I should have taken it to them - however, they told me 5+ times to take it to a BMW and not to their dealership. Scumbags.. ' Post purchase - this has been awful service. They will never call back and they avoid all issues that were caused by them. Very nice and welcoming until the cheque clears then it is down hill fast. I would avoid at all causes if you want a pleasant post-purchase experience.

Not Trustworthy - Give Your Business to a More Trustworthy Shop

Customer service tried to pad the bill for my 80 year old father with over $2300 of “preventative maintenance” when he brought his car to them for a minor issue. His car has 43k on it

Worst customer service

I booked an appointment on the phone the night before with an agent. Went thought all of the things with him that needed servicing. He told me that I should leave the car with them the night before so that they would have the car all day. I agreeded and left the car there, with again instructions of all of the work that I wanted done written on the envelope provided for keys drop off. The adviser called left a message in the morning at 7:00am wanted to discuss possibly some of the charges that some of the work cost. I tried phoning back all day to speak with someone about how i wanted the work done but was never able to actually speak with someone. So I left 2 detail messages on the voice mail . No one called me back. So around 3:30pm i called back again to find out what was going on with my car was transfered from one adviser to an other only to be told that none of the work had been done.....Not even my free oil change. Buy then I was so infuriated I told him that I was coming to pick up my car immediately and to forget it... my time is valuable and I don't have the time and effort to be giving the run around. I ask the adviser why he didn't try to call me back after 8 hours of no respond from me was told sorry I drop the ball I'm very busy you should see my desks LA-DI-DA. So in conclusion I pick up my car around 5:00pm with no work done and no one was there to apologize to me.

Worst experience with a mechanic ever!

I brought my sonata to this dealership originally in October 2019 because my engine was overheating. they diagnosed it was the thermostat and replaced it and charged me for a coolant flush. A week later, i notice this burning smell from the rear left tire, I bring it back in, they tell me it's the parking break that seized, and charge me $600 for it. Over the next few weeks, the smell continues to linger and worse, the engine light goes on. I bring it back in, they tell me "oh it's likely unrelated to your past problems". They grudgingly accept to look at it again, and spend 4 days with the car, this time telling me they have to re-replace the thermostat because apparently the one they put in was defective. They also tell me that they can't find anything wrong with the brakes and there is no smoking smell. One day after I get the car back, the engine starts to overheat again while I am out on a date with my wife. This time I bring the car back in and the service manager starts questioning me about whether I got proper maintenance on the vehicle in the past, trying to lay the blame for their incompetence in fixing my car for me. This time, they hold the car for another 4-5 days and replace some coolant cap. They also "service the breaks". I then bring my car to another mechanic because while all this has been happening, coincidentally, my left front ball bearing and right front axle has also broken and they tried to charge me over $1000 for the repair. The other mechanic tells me he'll charge me $150 for the ball bearing and says that my coolant level was very low which blew me away because the dealership had just been working on that system. Now for the past few months, my car has continued to make a burning smell centered around the rear left tire, the same smell the dealership charged me $600 to fix, calling it a seized parking brake. I will never ever come back to this dealership, they are very dishonest and refuse to take responsibility for their work.
