The stores general manager lacked complete professionalism when dealing with an issue related to a car advertised as mint condition, which it was far from being the case. I would avoid this location at all cost!

Very friendly sales people. Despite being a very busy place, Kevin took very good care of me and followed up on quickly on back ordered items. Would definitely recommend this dealership and my sales person Kevin.

Had the absolute worst experience buying from this location. I was sold a vehicle that they had promised to have no issues or problems with it. Not only did I find out that the a/c, USB port and buttons on the steering wheel were not working, but the salesman Eric kept giving me excuses to not fix it for me. When I first brought the vehicle home, they left the engine light on empty so I had to drive to a gas station right away and the car was not cleaned (including chips and garbage in the console). I explained what has been going on to the manager and he did not care to help me what so ever. They were not friendly people. They just want your money. I’m very disappointed with the outcome and will not be returning.

Salesman was nice. Business managers were obnoxious. Promised deadlines were missed. Prep was half-assed. My inlaws made the mistake of buying a car shortly after and had the same experience. Congrats 2 for 2.

Tran was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he understood my needs well. Very professional and efficient. It was nice to be treated like a friend.
